Náš exemplář / Our machine
Všechny své počítače Apogey mám v původních originálních krabicích, včetně původních obalů, kabelů, manuálů a konektorů systémové sběrnice.
I have all of my Apogey computers in their original boxes, including the original packaging, cables, manuals and system bus connectors. I also managed to obtain plug in modules with games and software for all of them, which was far from easy. Because of the war in Ukraine, the modules could not be shipped directly from the Russian Federation in the usual way, so they had to travel from Saint Petersburg via Finland. An especially interesting period detail is the large stamp found on the boxes confirming that the computers had been checked for radioactivity and that the gamma background level was within natural background limits. It is a remarkable reminder of the atmosphere in the years following the Chernobyl nuclear disaster.
