Commodore Plus/4, USA, 1984. Nejvybavenější sériový model řady 264 používá procesor MOS 7501 nebo 8501, 64 KB RAM a BASIC 3.5. Čip TED 8360 zajišťuje obraz, zvuk i část systémové logiky. Nabízí 40 × 25 znaků, grafiku až 320 × 200 a paletu 121 barev, ale nemá hardwarové sprity ani zvukový čip SID. BASIC 3.5 přidává příkazy pro grafiku, zvuk, strukturovanější programování a práci s disketou. Název Plus/4 odkazuje na vestavěný balík 3-Plus-1 s textovým editorem, tabulkovým procesorem, databází a grafikou. Software je uložen v ROM a spouští se okamžitě. Plus/4 není softwarově kompatibilní s C64. Na americký trh se dostal na podzim 1984 s cenou 299 dolarů.

Commodore Plus/4, USA, 1984. The most capable production model in the 264 family uses a MOS 7501 or 8501 processor, 64 KB RAM and BASIC 3.5. The TED 8360 handles video, sound and part of the system logic. It provides 40 × 25 text, graphics up to 320 × 200 and a 121 colour palette, but has no hardware sprites and no SID sound chip. BASIC 3.5 adds commands for graphics, sound, more structured programming and disk operations. The Plus/4 name refers to the built in 3-Plus-1 suite containing a word processor, spreadsheet, database and graphics program. The software resides in ROM and starts immediately. The Plus/4 is not software compatible with the C64. It reached US retail in autumn 1984 at a list price of US$299.
