Sharp MZ-1200, Japonsko, 1982. Poslední výraznější vývojový krok rané integrované řady MZ-80K byl určen domácím, školním i menším pracovním aplikacím. Nabídl plnohodnotnou klávesnici, vestavěný desetipalcový zelený monitor a magnetofon s programovým ovládáním.
English / Anglicky:
Sharp MZ-1200, Japan, 1982. This late development of Sharp's early integrated MZ-80K family was intended for homes, education and small professional tasks. It offered a full stroke keyboard, a built in ten inch green CRT and a program controlled cassette recorder. Its Z80 compatible CPU runs at approximately 2 MHz, with 32 KB standard RAM expandable to 48 KB. Under the Clean Computer philosophy, startup enters a small monitor program rather than a permanently installed BASIC, the user loads BASIC or another environment from cassette. The machine is closely related to the export MZ-80A, although the names should not be treated as identical model designations. It launched in Japan at ¥148,000.
